Boob Superiority

Some people mentioned that my last post regarding my thoughts on feminism ended rather abruptly, and I agree; so allow me to expand my thoughts on the subject a bit more before jumping to next weeks topic.

One of the things that most confuses me about feminism is the idea that women did not have an equal opportunity to participate in human psychological herding (better known as politics and the right to suffrage) because society (mostly Western society I think is the assertion) is ruled by patriarchs who believe they are superior to women and who have to enforce this superiority by limiting what women can do in a society.

This is a very strange and misinformed notion that completely ignores history and the motives behind social structure. Let's make a couple of things clear:

      1. The idea that both men and women are essentially equally capable at all tasks beyond basic biological necessities dates back (as far as I know) to Plato's Republic, or Ancient Greece if you have no idea what plate I'm talking about.
      2. Men and women are biologically different. Like animals and a good amount of plants, men and women serve very distinct biological purposes which inevitably play a role in how they organize their societies.
Pretty bare differences
Personally I believe women to be the superior sex of the two, but I'm not about to jump up and begin rallying for women to take over for the men in society because it would equate to the spoon taking over for the fork; it works for most things but not everything. What the most vocal feminists seem to forget is that many centuries ago women stayed at home, not because men forced them to, but because they had to ensure the continued survival of the species. The reality of the matter is that men are a lot more expendable (and therefore a lot less important) and are better suited to go out and do dangerous things because the fate of our entire species isn't really weighted heavily on men and their sperm.

Racers are worthless without a goal
It is true that this essential differentiation due to biology does create problems down the line. With the advancement of technology men through the ages receive more and more freedom to do things other than gather food, as opposed to women who, regardless of technological advancement, remain bound to their potential to nurture and maintain the human race. And with the passage of time, these very important duties lose respect amongst those with more complicated agendas because they seem so common place.

It's very similar to how people have no respect for farmers until hunger becomes an epidemic. And this does indeed eventually lead to sex discrimination, which the early movements of feminism did a good job of undoing. The problem is now they've become the very thing they hated. Feminists of today seem keen only on becoming the men they fought so hard to defeat, when they should be focusing on becoming the summation of all great and beloved things in the human race: women.
